The piece is part of a writing-course I'm doing, in which I had to represent an emotion or mood via the character(s) and setting. I'm not sure I stuck to the instructions, but I think the overall effect of the story has probably 'highlighted' the state of being carefree.
It wasn't meant to be a complete piece with the closure I gave it, but hey, it was already on the page before I wrote it
None of us will ever be closer to Heaven/God or Moksha/Nirvana as we were when children.
I hope you have a child one day and love it so much you can sense the freedom in them.
