My name is, simply put, Nyhte.
About Me: I'm a musician, actor, writer. I do anything that can be considered an art. (Aside from actually drawing things.) Philosopher, guitarist, Half-decent vocalist, teacher, student, brother, boyfriend, friend, enemy. I'm all these at once, really any title will suffice for me. I only comment on work that touches me, if you don't see me comment on your work it means that it didn't 'touch' me. It doesn't mean that it wasn't good, it just didn't catch my fancy. I'm confident with my writing ability, so constructive criticism is always welcome.
My inspiration comes from my experiences, if I write it, I've felt it at least once in my life. I borrow bits and pieces from my past and use them to create a mood, what happens after that is the finished product. I never edit my work. What you see is what I wrote on the spot. Refining it, in my opinion, would lessen the quality of its emotional feel.
Musical Influences: Heavy Metal; Death Metal, Black Metal, Thrash Metal. Punk, Classic Rock (The Doors), some of the songs the Beatles did. I enjoy anything that involves a guitar.
Writing Style: The way I write is highly influenced by Edgar Allen Poe and Shakespeare. Free flow with natural rhymes. I also have a tendency to write in lyric format. When I write poetry it could be thought of as a confession of emotions. Parenthesis being the thoughts left out of the confession.
If you're already a 'fan' of my writing, please, read more I add new songs and poems as often as I can.
If you're new, welcome and please, read all that you like. I bare my soul for all here in ink.
