My name is Anna. I'm from London, England, and am currently doing my A levels (studying Maths, Physics, Chemistry). I enjoy life most of the time, but it's not all peachy. We need the good and the bad though - I think those moments of extreme feeling are where the best poetry comes from. I believe a lot of the greatest poetry comes from spontaneous scribblings. Poetry is not really a hobby for me, it's just something that happens. I also endeavour to write lyrics for my band.
Hobbies: Sailing, playing electric guitar, playing bass guitar, listening to music, discovering new underground bands, singing, Scouts, running, discovering knowledge (yeah, I'm a bit of a geek), reading, socialising
Influences: T.S. Eliot, Seamus Heaney, Silvia Plath, Jenny Joseph, U.A. Fanthorpe and many more.
