I am 18 years old. I live in Dodge City, KS. I don't know how long I've been writing poetry, but I know that it's been quite a while. I write mostly about love, and hope. All my writing comes from my heart. It's all true. It's either happened to me, or someone really close to me. If any of you like poems of love and/or hope, please read some of my poems. I really do enjoy writing. Everytime something good and/or bad happens to me, I start to write. Some of the time, I don't even know what I'm writing about until I read over it. In my spare time, I write poetry and listen to music. I know a lot of people that write about fantasy things or about what their future could hold. I don't like that at all. I like to read poetry about true things, or things that appear to be true. Truth is what I write about, and that's what I like to read about. If there are any of you that want to talk or whatever, just give me a shout!

I'm still writing daily about things that have inspired me and those that I hold dear to my heart, although I haven't been posting them as much as I would like to. Currently, I am a senior graduate in high school (Class Of 2008!!) and I'm a new mom. He's a boy, and me and the daddy have decided to name him Dayton Bradley Jones. We're both sticking it out good and hard so we won't be left alone in the dark, even though there haven't been that many problems with us. This is going to be the biggest responsibility that neither one of us are ready for, but we'll be ready in time and things will turn out greatly. Enjoy what you might be reading from me!
