NickBlazeShow poetry

I have been a martial artist for 11 years, so expect some poems to revolve around it. Since people have inquired so often: Jujitsu for 9 years, Aikido and Iaido for 4, and various weapon Arts.

I am currently pursuing a major in creative writing and/or English in college.

I enjoy complex, technical/talented music. In this order, actually:

Black metal > Death metal = folk = doom = heavy = thrash = power > progressive metal > classical music and opera = neofolk and folk > J-rock > j-pop > all other pop and rock > country music > rap.

Also, please try to support me and, if you like my poems, buy my first poetry book: https://www.createspace.com/3382063 ! It's called Ephemeral Fantasies.

Buy me second, Perpetual Fantasies here: http://www.lulu.com/content/paperback-book/perpetual-fantasies/7104738

I am from the area as well, just a note.
Let the transendental feeling of the area's great writers inspire you, take a walk through Concord center. Hawthorne, Channing, Emerson, Thoreau...
A circle of friends... Even Longfellow and Daniel Chester french, or Bronson Alcot and his super talented family. I work in salem yet aspire to be a full time writer and poet, A friend of mine is a famous rockport artist Jonathan Hotz... I like your page and your writing, Poetry has some odd rules yes, yet it has simular virtues to novels... See Longfellow's Evangeline. The plot of it's naritive drives the work...Cheers Robert.
