So hi everyone!! I am Neon Lights...or Fiona as I am known to the non AP world. I'm 18 and I live in British Columbia, Canada. I'm pretty laid back, and love to have fun. I love to laugh too....I take the chance to do it whenever possible. I also love my friends to death. They are the greatest, and I wouldn't be here without them. You guys all rock.
