Absolutely ... were i you I would read ... maybe one of the writes about your garden ... or the Koi ... something light ... but that has a bit of meaning. i thing if you read something you feel very strongly about you could end up dissapointed if the response was less than what you would have hoped for. And if they do this on a regular basis ... you could try doing more as the comunity got to know you.

Hey DM .. I have a ? for you. My community center is having a thing.. for musicians and poets, etc. I'm asking some friends.. like you and Daniela .. if you were me.. would you read.. and if you did.. what would you choose? there's no line limit .. but a time limit.. I think it's 20 minutes for poetry ..
