My poetry tends to be dark & depressed, about love, loss & hate. My main influences come from authors like Bret Easton Ellis & Chuck Palaniuk, as well as musicians like Nick Cave. I am obsessed with deep, dark emotion, and the realisation that your life doesn't actually mean anything to anyone but yourself. I'm not particularly spiritual, but if I can appreciate any religion it's Buddhism: life is suffering. The sooner we accept this, the easier things become.
I used to write a lot, not so much anymore as I've been too stressed. I'm hoping this site will help give me the boost I need to break my writer's block. I love feedback, good or bad, so please leave some.
