My name is Nancy but my close friends call me Cookie. I graduated from Franklin Delano Roosevelt High School and later attended Medgar Evers College for 2 years. I'm a single mother of four wonderful children. I work 2 jobs that allow me the flexibility to spend time with them. I do freelance Home Care in the morning and work most nights or weekends doing Child Care. I love both my jobs. It brings out the natural care giver in me.
Growing up,I always had a passion for words and writing. I never fully developed my capacity nonetheless, when something inspires me, the poet inside me comes out.
