I started writing poetry at the request of a very special person. Though clearly, I am not a poet but more... a struggling person to mesh words together in an effort to offer a mental image that dipicts current feeling.
That special person would question how special she is, and I will likely never be able to relay that information to her in such a mode that she would truly feel it.
In that resides why I had to leave her, I love this woman, but circumstances keep us apart. And selfishly, that drives me to isolate myself.
The woman I speak of is my Angel, she shall always be precious to me. Everything is my fault, not hers.
* IMPORTANT INFORMATION *
My writings take a dark lilt, and as of late
they are dark laced with angst and pain.
It is a reflection of how I feel currently,
it is not a cry for pity or a sorrow filled
moan that knows not why it has been sounded.
I know exactly why I feel this way, so all I
ask is that you feel the emotion in my words
and relate to them on any level you choose.
