From the Heart... by: Celeste Daniels
My poetry depict the experiences which I have endured in my life as well as the experiences of my friends, family and anyone around me. Some of them are random spurts of inspiration and some don't even make sense. I did not have the heart not to include them - it's like the birth of a child, no matter how they turn out, they are your creation and you need to love them all equally.
It was a place I could go when the world out there seemed unkind and scary. What a wonderful gift it is to be able to escape without physically moving.
