Welcome to the realm where the shadows of your mind become the things which kill you when your guard has fallen...
The vast majority of my poetry is dark, macabre or "creepy." Beauty in decay is one of the more common themes. I will admit, I am a little strange to the untrained eye. However, as an artist, it is my job to find beauty everywhere and truth in everything, as well as terror in all and lies in every breath. 'Tis a twisted world we live in, so would not a twisted mind see it best?
My name is an Elvish word from the Quenya language that means Shadow's Child. I thought it fitting.
I have not written in a long time in this profile - my life has been chaotic. I have lived as a gypsy, joined a carnival, and brought my heart back from where it carelessly wandered. I am now living a more stable existence as far as my location - but I find my soul is again traveling to worlds of the mind to escape the places around me. It seems monotony brings out the poet in me. I should be updating more often again; no one reads this anymore I am sure, so this whole bit is purely for my benefit. And you know what? That's really just fine.
