I owe everything to my kind father Mr. Syed Ijmal Haider Zaidi, who was a great intellectual, a distinguished writer, a superb thinker, dedicated bank official and exceptional lawyer (12th Oct, 1949---29th March, 2009); may his noble soul rest in eternal peace (aamen)
I love philosophical and love poems including sonnets and lyrics along with blank verse. Besides, I have developed great taste for Sophocles, John Milton, John Keats, Emily Bronte, Tennyson, Browning, Auden and others in poetry; while in prose I love Austen, Eliot, Bronte, Woolf, Ibsen and others.
