I am not hiding anymore...
I'm coming forth into the light and embracing who I am...
without fear, without caution, and without remorse...

I know what and who I am and I am not ashamed...
I will wear the purple,blue and pink
with PRIDE.
I will look at the colors of the flag
and know "this is who I am".
I will unabashedly show what and
who I know I am and if asked simply say
"yes, I'm bi..have a problem?"
And move on...

I've told my closest of friends
and she accepts me for who I am,
the man I love does also..
and that's all I need in this world...

I will not skirt away
from those who have "fear",
or are hateful..
I will look them in the eye
and smile and say "can I help you?
If not, get out of my face".

I am a woman..
I know my body, my heart
and my soul better than anyone else...

I know who I am...

I am Gail,
I am a mother,
I am BI,

so get over it...
