I am Melissa

I work in the field of Dailysis, I dearly LOVE what I do...

I am a Christian but I am real and not perfect... I don't pretend to be either...

I have attitude...
just piss me off and you will see.

I use bad language...
a habit hard to break.

I wear a nose ring...
a tiny little diamond.

I have tattoos...
3 are butterflies.

I am rough and tough...
but can be gentle.

I hide within my innermost parts...
I refuse to let others in.

In poetry, I allow you to see 'me'
but in the real world I am hidden.

I am Melissa...

and you will either hate me or love me...
there is no in between.

    I got a friend named “Mo”.
    Her words are all aglow.
    She’s nice you see and know.
    A friend for on-the-go!

    She works so hard each day,
    I’m sure she earns her pay;
    More so, she knows the Way,
    and waits for His great Day!

    This mother of Divine lot
    is washed of all her spot;
    She hates sin’s wicked rot,
    and loves her God alot!

    I got a friend named “Mo”.
    Her words are all aglow.
    She’s nice you see and know.
    A friend for on-the-go!

    I write this silly ditty.
    I know that it’s a pity.
    A poem for this missy
    who will pray for me!

    So Mo, I thank Him for you.
    Please seek Him as He’s true.
    Worship as He's due,
    and know how I love y---!

    Father God;

    We come to the One who made the heavens and the earth, with all that is in them. We come to the One who forgives and in heals and extends mercy to thousands. You are both Lord and King of all that is known and unknown.

    We want to lift up Molassis' granddaughter. You know her needs and the needs of those who love her. Grant healing mercies for her and the family. However You desire, be it through direct intervention, or through the wisdom and skill You grant to the Medical Staff. It matters only that You would glorify Yourself in this matter. Remember Your promises, especially those bought by the blood and flesh of Your Son.

    Glorify Yourself. We will benefit from it.

    In Jesus' name, AMEN!!
