No not really.

I don't like to take life very seriously at all. Sure there are times when I do become very serious, but for the most part, I'm silly, goofy, and childish, but I'm not immature (there's a difference). The happiest times of your life were in your childhood because there were no worries, no responsibility, and no need to please anybody. Being carefree is the only way to be truly happy. Be in touch with your inner child, he still exists for a reason.

How to describe my poetry? Well, my poetry is not necessarily personal. A lot of people write when they feel angry, depressed, sad, happy, all of the above, etc, or when they're going through an inspirational time, but as it were, I do not have such feelings or go through such "times." Sad isn't it?

I like writing poetry alot, and I love improving the craft (hence why I joined the site), but at heart, I'm a fiction writer. I love making up stories, characters, and entrirely different worlds. Sure some of them can come from personal experience, but most of the time (incredibly) random things just pop into my head and I have to write them down one way or another. There's also, and I've noticed this, flower imagery that appears. Which is pretty cool. I have a staple! yay.

Here's some other useless facts about me that you really didn't need to know:
~I got into poetry by accident. (5th grade)
~I had major writers block for a year and a half.
~I might have OCD
~I have insomnia.
~I make AMV's when I can't sleep

~I have a very diverse taste in music. I love Classic Rock, mostly late 60's and 70's, and Blues mostly.
~I used to have a very unhealthy obsession with Johnny Depp (still kind of do ^_^)
~I'm agnostic with buddhist tendencies
~I hate AIM abreviations.
~If I was alive, I feel I would have had a huge crush on Charlie Chaplin and Marlon Brando (did you see him in a streetcar named desire. those muscles! YUM!)
~I'm really sick of Honorable Mentions
~I watched the Blues Brothers once a week for 6 months.
~I want to grow up and become a film critic.
~Beatles...The best band ever??...quite possibly.
~I've been told I have a really twisted sense of humor.
~I used to really hate emo people until I realized that the emo people I knew were PRETENDING to be emo. I judged too quickly. It happens I suppose.
~I've always wanted to try pot simply because I am in love with the 60's.
~I've met Whoopi Goldberg.
~When my parents were asked to name 5 adjectives to describe me they chose the following: weird, unique, peculiar, odd, and weird (yeah, they said weird twice)
~I just made you slightly uncomfortable.
