By the way,I became a grandma on July 19th,2007~His name is Jayden and he is beyond words such a ray of sunshine! I'm so blessed not only to being a mother to 2 beautiful adult daughters but to being a grandma too! I thank God truly for these blessings!!

Well 2008 is here!!!!!! Yay, I so need a brand new year and new memories that I can hold close to my heart and cherish!! I hope the New Year brings to you the same!!Hope your year will give you all the hope,love,joys and smiles that you deserve!

Memories Made Of You And Me

Fly with me my love
into the depths of the night,
Where we again surrender our souls
while our hearts reunite together as one.....

Into the heavenly clouds we soar,
hand in hand together to this place I see,
Where our love was planted and sealed
with the touching bliss of our passionate kisses........

Into the fields of the lost treasure dreams,
The smell of the flowers blow in the breeze,
Where the memories are made together of

Hello all fellow poets!!

My name is Kelly and I am from O hi o! My youngest daughter, Michelle got me into writing again after years of not doing it! My writing is my heart in which I pour everything into it especially the ones that are dedicated to someone. I write now about whatever but a lot of my writing is a way to release my own pain of heartaches or hardships.I also write about fantasy,fantasy of love,true or lost love and try to write about positive things as well.

My favorites are:

My most admired poet is "Frozen-Tears" aka shey....she always continues to keep up on anything I write and encourages me!! Thank you tears, from the bottom of my heart!! You are truly a blessing to me and I gain strength from your positive upbeat person that you are !

Tears Of Good-bye


Some wonder
why I even think of you,
Why I get lost in thought
and wonder how you are,
They will never understand
the lessons that I learned,
I learned to share again,
I learned to laugh again,
I learned that love came
straight from a heart,
I am grateful for each page
we turned,
Even for the bridges burned,
For each one we created
every memory that we shared,
There was a lesson learned,
Yes I have learned to live without
you,
And I promised myself not to miss
you,
(But)
I can not live a lie,
There are so many things I miss,
I left a part of me with you,
So when you look back I hope you
see,
I was always on your side,
when no one seemed to care
I was always by your side,
Perhaps the biggest lesson learned
Was how to say good-bye.

I landed softly near you
when your world was tumbling down
I listened as you needed it
till a smile replaced your frown

I gently guided, never pushed
to get you back on track
I focused on your attributes
and not the things you lacked

Things appeared were going good
then life, it took a turn
Suddenly Fate it intervened
and once again your burned

and being near I took the brunt
of your anger deep inside
Fearing your love was lost again
you thought that I had lied

But life, it is an ebb and flow
one I wish I could impress
But now I lay with broken wing
near your feet from your distress

Let me recharge silently
to regain what was my flow
Then my dear when I return
once again, you'll surely know
