I can be loud,
I can be shy,
I can be conceited,
And that I will not deny.
I often wander in my mind.
I often question the reason why.
I often ponder the things I find.
I often get lost in a pool of lies.
I probably think too much,
And I probably evaluate too little.
If I looked confused and such,
I most likely am.
So please help me,
And grab my hand.
I tend to fall,
And the pieces of my heart shatter.
I tend to pretend to stand tall,
When I know if I pretend it won't matter.
I know I'm not perfect,
Maybe as close as I can be,
But maybe that's because,
That's just me.
