I am a big lover of music, since I both sing and play the piano. Writing has been my best friend since I was a little girl. Being homeschooled all my life and used to playing with myself, writing would be a way to express all the feelings of the day.
Today, poetry has become something infinitely more spiritual, like a bloom of creativity. My wish is to someday publish a small book of my best poems and dedicate it to my parents - they have given so much love into bringing me up! God has truly blessed me with a caring family.
I'm starting college August 28, 2006, and majoring in music, maybe languages too - I speak Russian and French, and am starting Italian. For now, I will say that turning 20 made me feel rather content with my life. I'm just happy to exist and have this talent of writing. And thanks to my dear friend, with whom I'm very much in love - he supports me through each day with his optimism and is always there to put up with my bs.
That being said, I hope you enjoy my poems and please feel free to ask me to read one yours.
