My style is my own, and so is my voice----all of my life, I've refused to study other poets, or take writing classes, because I did not want to sound like someone else----so I don't know the rules, nor any poetic forms, or such as that----have decided to learn a bit about those things now----it's time----so if the folks here will put up with me, I shall try...

Words Die On Lips on September 2, 2006This is exactly the kind of attitude that I am looking for. While I am trying to learn something about "form" ('cause it seems to be a thing with publishers if you know these things), I generally strive to write things that are resounding of who I am, and where I've been.
