I am a man from Illinois, who loves to express himself through words.
Mainly using free-verse because it is a lot easier and
has a better flow for me. Poetry to me is very important
in my life. It's like food for the heart and soul.
There is so much more that just the mere words which is written.
It is a way of self expression and passion to most people. At
least that is the way it is for me. I am divorced but not letting it get me down for I know that there is happiness in my life. And I have just begun to live.

Enticed by your eyes
Such beauty found within them -
They look at me with eyes of scandalous glares
Their judgment already made of me -
I lay you down on a bed of rose petals
our arms wrapped around each other so tight
