My Poetry
I've been writing since September 2006. I write about anything that inspires me, but especially topics like love and personal issues. I have no particular style; I've written in free verse and rhyme, although recently I have avoided rhyming. The majority of my poems are in extended metaphor- a technique I think works as both inspiration and as a barrier to growth.
About Me
Besides poetry, which has quickly become my favorite hobby, I also like listening to music, scrapbooking, traveling, and reading. I'm a college student hoping to graduate with my BBA by late summer 2008. In addition, I work full-time so, sadly, free time to write is scarce though I try to fit it in as much as possible.
