My Poetry
I've been writing since September 2006. I write about anything that inspires me, but especially topics like love and personal issues. I have no particular style; I've written in free verse and rhyme, although recently I have avoided rhyming. The majority of my poems are in extended metaphor- a technique I think works as both inspiration and as a barrier to growth.

However, I must take the time to acknowledge three poets on here whose support means a lot to me. I value their words immensely, whether it be their comments on my poetry, our meaningful conversations, or their own superb poetry. They are not just fellow poets, but friends.
