I am married to a retired pilot who is both brainy and funny, and we have four children and eight grandchildren. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, otherwise known as "Mormons."

Marvelous magical laughter opens
eyes; closed in sorrow's fragrant cool whispers:
love slips across poetry - happiness
overwhelms sadness and dances through light
dreams; lingering below generous hearts,
intricate twirls of beauty gather smiles,
easing them across spirits which fly high;
streaks of their passing bless the universe.

It is the best way to
Remain young at heart.

The Way Melodies Is

Melodies lights the corners of my screen
goofy, crazy, insane Melodies, always causing a scene
Scattered hugs and smiles she leaves behind
Love she gives to one and all for the way they are

Can it be that it is all so simple then
she spreads her love and laughter on every line
If she had the chance to do it all again
Tell me, would she?
Could she?

Melodies, may be beautiful and kind
but her goofy side, oh how it shines
and she is loved by all AP kind..
So to the laughter we will surrender
Whenever we remember...
The way she is...
