Hi, I'm melissa/lissa. Let's 'just get things straight. I'm not a very poetic person. So if your expecting to talk to an Edgar Allen Poe, then expect to be dissapointed. (Okay, I only really know Poe[english has determined that], that's why I used him.) But, I'm just putting it out there.
Do you wan't to hear a funny thing? I write poetry more than I write stories but I'm a more active member at Storywrite. I find it weird that my friends there aren't friends here. That's probably why I'm always 'hanging' out there.
I'm 16 and have recently failed my L's test (for driving). It's actually REALLY embarassing. WHy post to the world you ask? Dude, I have no idea.
Oh, this background was created by an awesome artist named Rob Sheridan. Google him. He won me full marks for an art assignment. He's an amazing artist, especially for horror. Be prepared to be shocked, I like to think in a good way
Oh and guess where I was referred to him.
I have a group on AP that I've had to let go...
It just wasn't going anywhere. I have an awesome group on SW. The weird and random. I say this not for a plug but because I'm just unbelievabley proud of it. But I haven't found the right group for me here yet. I'd love referels.

I love reading, Sims of all sorts, singing (badly), doing maths (i've got an awesome teacher, but I suck), acting (My teacher is an amazing singer
), vampire series's (another embarassing admitance), music of all sorts (don't ask! I don't know or am to embarassed to admit! All I can say is I'm a proud Hannah Hater 
) and I LOVE comedians!
Oh, I just had an idea. I'm learning how to cook, I especially love cakes and cookies of sorts. I would love to have recipes of absolutley any sort and any origin, so if your interested? Maybe I'll cook it and email you a picture
I'm an open kinda person. Ask me. I love getting involved in ideas of absolutley anything. I'm up for it. Anyways, until later, over and out.

This is Melissa calling. I need to update you more often. It's time your dated. Okay, lets get intimate.
My real name is Melissa, but people call me Lissa too. I'm really not sure which one I like best.
I DON'T change my name on storywrite. That way you don't have to continually change my name mentally. SO really I'm doing you a favour.
I like writing. DUh. But lately I've been more la-poet rather then a story goer. I love poetry. At least at the... -

March 31, In Random, Reflection on name changing. 100 words. All. 0 comments.I've just decided to give a little rant on that topic.
The problem I have with people changing their names, is I generally don't know who they are.
I remember history and random facts about people, but it's all useless at keeping track of it all when people change their names. I've thought about it at times but once you change your name, your never quite satisfied at staying with it.
...
And what if someone wants to find you? Or you want to say hi to someone you haven't spoke...
