Confessions:
I'm in love with a boy
who plays the trumpet
and wears dark grey converse sneakers.
His short but shaggy brown hair
looks so cute when it falls
just above his eyes which sparkle
with
mischief.
I catch his laugh more often
than I do the common cold,
it's so contagious.
All I have to do is see his face
and a smile comes to play on my lips,
my day is complete-
he has no idea
how much I care.
