                Don't Judge Me

In the eyes of some people
I may not always behave properly.
But who really has the right to judge
whether I'm behaving improperly?

Some times I love to tease and taunt
and maybe I enjoy it much to devilishly.
But there is also another side to me
very few people see that I can act angelically.

At times I throw caution to the wind
and wanting  to be free, I act a bit to wildly.
My spirit is wild and free
and I have to just  let loose periodically.

I can look deeply into your eyes
so what if its hypnotically.
Long after I'm gone
I'll be on your mind hauntingly.

It's not really my fault
I get out of control and act sensationally!
So if you just have to judge me
please judge me gently.

I once was a tree
with beautiful long limbs
and many colored leaves so free.

I once was a flea
but living on a dog
just wasn't for me!

I once was an ant
but they work much to hard
so I retired with a grant!

I once was a flower
I was pretty and smelled sweet
but that to turned sour!

Now I'm a Know-It-All
