My name is Gabriel and I have been writing poetry for five years. I spend most of my time with my friends and fellow artists. Kaedi, one of the best drawers on the face of this earth and Gary who writes horror stories (got to get him away from that Stephen King). Besides poetry and school, most of my life revolves around getting through the latest 700+ page R-rated book I found in some random place or learning as much about the supernatural as I can. My favorite bands are Disturbed, Linkin Park, Nickelback, Evanesence, and Garbage.
"The fiend with all his comrades
Fell then from heaven above,
Through as long as three nights and days,
The angels from heaven into hell;
And them all the Lord transformed to devils,
Because they his deed and word
Would not revere"
-Caedmon, Creation: The Fall of
the Rebel Angels (C.A.D. 670)
Currently Reading: Obsidian Butterfly by LKH, Portrait Of A Killer by Patricia Cornwell, and To Play The Fool by Laurie R. King. (Yes, all at the same time, I read quickly)

Lyrics for a favorite song of mine: Seether's 'Sold Me'
Here I stand before myself
I see somethings out of place
You tasted all my purity
Now there's nothing left to waste
The feeling gets so in my way
It's getting lost in my delivery
The feeling gets so in my way
I'm getting lost in your periphery
And you sold me up the river again
(I don't want to be open)
And you made me start it over again
(I don't want to be open)
And you moved me, and you sued me, and you fucked me
(I don't want to be open)
And you left me wondering what the hell
What is wrong with me?
I never felt like i had felt
Until the day you came undone
I never felt like I was lost
Until the day you killed me again
The feeling gets so in my way
It's getting lost in my delivery
The feeling gets so in my way
I'm getting lost in your periphery
And you sold me up the river again
(I don't want to be open)
And you made me start it over again
(I don't want to be open)
And you moved me, and you sued me, and you fucked me
(I don't want to be open)
And you left me wondering what the hell
What is wrong with me?
Are you stronger
For cutting me open
Are you stronger
For leaving me broken
And you sold me up the river again
(I don't want to be open)
And you made me start it over again
(I don't want to be open)
And you moved me, and you sued me, and you fucked me
(I don't want to be open)
And you left me wondering what the hell
What is wrong with me?

My Favorite Poem: Tainted Angel By Jaimi Abrego
Hiding in the corner,
With his wings tucked in,
Tears in his eyes,
And cuts in his skin,
He once was innocent,
At some point in time,
Because of his scars,
He's no longer divine,
His wings are withered,
His arms rest on his knees,
His tears run down,
As fast as his wrist bleeds,
Do you see him,
Hiding over there,
Are you going to act,
Like you don't care,
In torment and tears,
He does dwell,
We cannot help,
This Tainted Angel...
