I bribed you downstairs with a malboro red His message was brutal but the delivery was kind despite my frustation for the way that he thinks but I never hated myself for my age so much Said I'm sorry for the lies and the pain I never ever meant to make you cry If I could take you back, you know, I would, I wanna burn up and die You can't tell me this now That you're never, ever gonna get over me But you were on your track, it was me turning back, I left you freezing outside Jack Daniels in one hand  the blood of Christ is dripping into the eyes of the world again I swear to god you'd have tried harder not to change what you said, "you're lucky you're still breathing"  with your ghost singing me to sleep i'm miles away to a year before think i'd like to stay a minute longer sick from the rum  few things i hate but i'd rather us live in the present day, take me take me home but please dont leave me alone, stay here with me soon I might fall asleep, i come undone knowing you are the ONE, goddamn where were you to help me make it through? These little black clouds Keep walking around With me And I'd rather be high Think I'll walk me outside And buy a rainbow smile But be free They're all free So maybe tomorrow I'll find my way home But we breathe We breathe I wanna breeze and an open mind I wanna swim in the ocean Wanna take my time for me All me I'm hunting shadows in the dark And steaming jungles of the world, Either to kill or to be killed, I'm lifting wishes to the stars, The gleaming satellites of time, To futures when your love is mine, But you were always pretty reckless with your love, And when you go you leave me breathless and alone, You leave me breathless, When you close the door it feels just like you took the air out of the room with you, To make you love me more than even you can try,
