Lara• Show poetry

I don't write in here as often as I should anymore, but I still keep a journal, and enjoy getting my emotions out through this tool of expression. I love to keep a dream journal, but my daily dreams are so detailed and messed up, it's hard to keep up the task of writing them all down.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, I moved to Seattle, Washington 10 years ago. My passions throughout my life have been dance (mostly ballet, modern, and freeform), fine art, animation, and music. All those things are in my blood, a part of me, my "religion". They carry me through Pain, bring me to Salvation, and make me experience Revelation! Love and Creativity are my main purposes for being on this earth. Life is short. What a waste if I'm not doing either of those things, in my belief.

Currently I am a Photoshop artist for Big Fish Games but I have been mostly a 2D traditional animator over the last 10 years; my passion has always been for organic form and hands on creation. I also DJ psychedelic trance at outdoor gatherings, local clubs, and small private affairs. I love all forms of music, and welcome expanding my mind through all genres.
