I understand completely your desire to create a work that will enlighten...and education can only occur with rememberance. You did an excellent job in making your piece memorable. I appreciate your style and talent, and I have no wish to criticize anyone. I just like to put my 2 cents in once in a while..heh...but I respect those who have the ability to pursue their own method and message. I love that.
Anywho, I almost wish you hadn't picked "Happy Tears For:" to read, as it is not my best technical or emotional writ. It was just something that needed expressing. If you are interested in poems about society, I have a few of those that I would absolutely love to have your opinion on.
