Hey--what can I say--I write--write--and write. I love Fitzgerald, Hemingway, Kerouac, Brett Easton Ellis, Bukowski, Irvine Welsh, Jennifer Belle, John Fante, Hubert Selby Jr., Helen Walsh,Virginia Woolf, Augusten Burroughs, Jay McInerney, Raymond Carver & and myself. I have two boys Zach-16, and Sean-7, and a baby girl named Madison who was born January 19th. I spent most of my late teens and twenties, either on the streets or locked up in one institution or another. My poetry is a reflection of my inner most core. I write not because I want to, but because I must. As far as my style goes…..well you be the judge of that. I have one true belief when it comes to writing fiction…..I believe writers shouldn’t take themselves or their writing too seriously. Say what you need to say as simply as you can.
