hi my name is lisa diallo, and i am a new author who has a book published with chipmunkapublishing which specialises in mental health the name of my first book which is already available in paperback is called "JOURNEY INTO MY LIFE" ,
its worth a read as it causes through situations and experiencesthat at some point we all have or will go through the book is all poetry yet every poem is heart felt as each one has been an experience in my life as i used it as a self help therapy over the years as i struglle with my mental health disorders, and also the mental health disorders that 3 of my 4 children suffer as well,
but the book i hope may offer comfort in times of need or even just let people know that they are not the only ones that have these experiences and i hope to aim that my words help others see a light at the end of the tunnel, and its within everyones reach as long as you can accept yourself and be happy with who you are,
i love writing poetry although mostly it seems negative when i guess really its not its just the reality of a world we all live in.....
i shall look forward to any suggestions or comments good or bad on anything i show on this site as i believe there is something new for us all to learn everyday we live on this earth.
