I am 16, gay, and love writing poetry....
I know it sounds corny and really fake, but the poetry that I write isn't like an everyday thing, They....come to me...I can't explain it. I will sit down and try to write and nothing comes, and other times I'll sit down and grab a pen and start writing random stuff and it turns into a poem.
I sometimes don't even remember writing it but I know that i did.
Most of my poetry is sad, because when I am I get random phrases and Write them down, or a word will get stuck in my head, so I will write it down then the whole phrase becomes clear...
