Poem I Am Rewarding!!!

I am a child locked in a cage made of metal bars with velvet on top.

I am also segregating this page into three components. General, Allpoetry, and Storywrite.

I have recieved a few requests that I gut my page and have done so. that is all.

by the way, I know I'm not commenting much these days so sorry if I usually comment on your poems and haven't been doing so. Believe me that I have been reading.

LOL! How can I adequately explain it? There are two types of events that lead to what I call a mental orgasm. -- One type is something that just that brings extreme joy and excitement, like finally getting to do something fun you've been waiting to do for a long time. -- The other is bearing witness to something exceptionally pleasing. -- A personal example would be if I saw a small, reserved female beat the crap out of big guy. -- Defiances of certain stereotypes. -- In your case, it was that you were, in a sense, not trying to forbid all fighting, which is refreshing in itself, but you being such a delightful person added that clencher. -- Sorry to say, though, that it was a small mental orgasm.

I think this war is the product of human self indulgence. People are so easily corrupted and lose sight of the true values (such as life) in the presense of power and money. America is completely out of line calling anyone else a terrorist when they themselves are the terrors of the world. I don't agree with Iraq either, such opressing dictatorship should not be allowed. The whole thing is bullshit. I can't be on anyones side because they are all wrong. I wonder how many lives it will take for them to realize this, or if they will at all.

just throwing this on here so I don't need to look for it again.

"To me there are large differences between "religion", "belief", and "faith".

To believe in a god does not necessarily mean you have to be religious.

To have faith does not necessarily mean you believe in a diety figure.

My family is a little religious themselves but they never forced it overly on me. Now that doesn't mean religion wasn't a part of my life, it just didn't consist of regular trips to an establishment or formal teachings.

I had a point where I wasn't into the whole belief thing but lately I've made a realization.

eventually, everyone believes in something. Whether you believe in one god or many, whether you believe in everything having a spirit or you belive in fairies and pixies or you believe in governing presence, whether you believe the world is just a bunch of random happenings with no rhyme or reason to it, no purpose....we all believe in something.

Just because I'm not christian or muslim or pagan or hindu or...etc has never stopped me from going into a church on sunday or praying in a mosque or asking the goddess for her blessing or ganesh to shoot away my troubles...

frankly to me, it doesn't matter what I belive in. All that matter is that I believe."

When someone thinks of what Time it is, they are often refering to an eternal time. But since we are living it is internal to us. With a beginning to end there is time counting, so that all the events that go on in our lives don't happen all at once. So it could be time to live, or time to die. But chances are if your refering to that moment in time, then the time is "time to be"... see for you can be dead or alive, since being something requires no effort at all. Being could be emotion or a state, anything.
