Kookaburra IIShow poetry

I am going to learn simple poetry writing - I hope. Practice! Call me David if you like me. I live on the Main Range in the garden city of Toowoomba, Australia. At the Blackall Range, with Grandad and Nana we can see lots of sea. I like staying at their 'Coolderry Cottage'. My brother is Ben . I am a Boy Scout. I do lots of cycling with my father on week-ends on bike ways and along tracks by creeks.
My favourite food is cold, sliced mango.
We swim in Summer summer. We have to to keep cool.
At the Apostolic church, I got a tennis racquet from the Christmas Tree.
Stamp collecting is a good hobby. I collect mainly Australian stamps now.
I have two goldfgish (with snails). My cat is Delicia. She is tortoise shell colour.

Our readers would like to know more about boys in Australia, so if you could write some poems about life in Australia, I would gratefully feature them and you would be read by hundreds of people! It is called "Poetry Planet" and you could get your poetry there!

Hello David, so you have decided to join AP too. That's nice. I have already met your brother Ben. I hope to read a lot of your poetry as well. Give my regards to your grandfather.
    Anna.
