I love poetry but am usually very shy of letting people read it. That is the main reason that I created this account in the first place. I used to write poetry all the time when I was more of a loner and didnt work and had nothing much to do. There was a summer a couple summers ago when I got into things that I shouldnt have and I think some of my poems reflect that sadly. Ive got a job now, and I am graduated so am usually busy and havnt written very much in a while. I feel as though I lost my touch and am trying very hard to get it back.
I figure that even though they may sound horrible, the only way to get better is to practice, practice and practice some more, which is my plan. I hope that you will be kind enough to leave me a comment if you read my poem, let me know what you liked or didnt like. I comment back.
