I am a lady of varied interests and passions. I love writing poetry and enjoy reading all types of poerty. I am an advocate and activist for many good causes. I am a free spirit. I like to explore new things in life. I am a christian and live it. I support our military troops fighting in Iraq 100%. I may not agree with the war in Iraq but I do support our military troops. I also have a military support group online. I am a member of another military support group online as well. I write letters of hope to our troops in Iraq.

I have children that are grown and I have seven grandchildren. Don't let my looks decieve you. My oldest grandson is in the U.S. Army. He was deployed to Iraq for a year. He is a combat medic. I am very proud of him. I am also thankful to God he made it back to us alive and in one piece. I love my country and support it.

I have been reading poetry for many years. I have been writing poetry for ten years. I have one poem that is going to be published called "Seasons" in a book of poetry called "Immortal". I am very happy about my accomplishment. It was the only one I have tried to get published. My plans are to put all my poems in a book of poetry and publish them.

I have never met a stranger and love people.

Keeperofthestars : Vanishing my poem on October 3, 2008

I was contacted by Noble House puiblishers asking my permission to publish Vanishing Internationally. I approved and it is going to published in a book called Memories in the spring of 2009. I am very excited to have my poetry published Internationally.
