Music and writing. If I'm not doing one, I'm doing the other.

Music was something that I've always loved and adored, because it's just a way for me to escape life for a little bit. Singing and piano are my drugs.

Writing is my outlet. I find so many everyday situations and converstations as inspiration for a new story, or for a twist or a scene in a story I'm already working on. I may not be the best at writing, but I try. I really do. Though I will say this: I don't write to please anyone's inner English teacher or even my own. I don't write to please a publisher or a friend. I do it for myself, for my sanity, so that all those ideas in my head can be fulfilled.

I basically pour out my heart and soul into my works, and I think (I can, at least) you can tell. The bad/not-so-good ones are the ones I didn't really try on; the ones where nothing connected for me. So, what I mean by saying this is, don't go and completely tear one of my stories apart through a horrible comment. If there are some things that need to be fixed (such as grammar), then just say that in a polite way.

If I had my way, I would write all day. I do on the weekends, but during the schoolweek I limit myself to one chapter a night. But life does require me to do other things such as school, rehearsals for plays or musicals, recitals or festivals for piano, and the like. And some times I am just flat out too tired to write anything for a night.

The names I come up for my characters are usually just random. I like odd or old names, because they're unique.

I'm working on writing from male's POV, as you can see in some of my stories, and I definitely need practice.

Lately I've been seeing on a lot of profiles (oh wow, that totally sounded stalkerish. Well, I didn't mean it that way.) that people put their SW Family. I dunno, this may sound crazy, but maybe I should have one? Haha I'm up for adoption... though I do have two sisters on here. They are RenesmeeVolturi and ScarsNDepth, and they are honestly the best people in the world.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
1) I have two random black hairs on my left arm. Their names are Peewee and Herman.
2) Whenever I have an idea (specifically good ones) for a story, it completely takes over every waking thought I posses. And then I dream about it.
3) This account is sort of a secret from my family. I don't think they'd support me on my aspiration to be an author.
4) Music is my second life, so my stories sometimes have music refrences or have musical influence during certain scenes.
5) My favorite piano solo of all time is "Gretchen am Spinnrade" by Schubert-Liszt.
6) I'm a super tall girl.
7) I think that the happiest people are the most beautiful, and that the little, overlooked details make the most impact.
8) I'm straight, no doubt, but I have nothing against gays, lesbians, or bisexuals. They're people just like us. Also, I feel that in order to be a good writer, you have to try writing in all genres. So, I do have a GBLT short story.
9) I've never had a boyfriend. But I'm content with that.

"Whenever you are writing, remember: there is only one word to describe something, one verb to give it action, and only one adjective to qualify it." - Gustave Flaubert

← Sorry! Sorry. My misunderstanding. Over here a 'class' in high school is a term used to describe all of one grade. So there's 150-170 juniors in my school. A classroom size is usually called a student to teacher ratio. It varies. In one subject I have 10 people, in another I have 23.
    • ← Ah, well that all sounds 'strange'. :L haha >.

I would love to have a week off every seven weeks. That's how year-round school is done here. Sorta. It's more like after 6 weeks of school you get a 6 week break. ANYWAY!
