First of all my name is pronounced:
"KROV ZA KROV"...this is just the russian way of writing it
It means "BLOOD FOR BLOOD"
"Mirth is the mail of anguish"
-Emily Dickinson
For the time being, the above quote is my favorite quote. Those who know me well, know that laughter is the front for humiliation and pain. And those who know me not...well, then they know nothing about me, and how beautiful that has come to be.
My writing style varies from time to time, depending on my source of inspiration, my current muse, and my current state of mind. I love all types of poetry, but mainly i usually like a poem with underlying tones and ambigious meanings. I'm very found of dark poetry, vivid imagery, allusions, metaphors, auguries, etc. However, my poetry doesn't neccessarily represent my outward personality which is outgoing, humorous, and occasionally boisterous. But this is why I write to express emotions which would otherwise be hidden by such a mirthful facade. Poetry is my outlet for all those thoughts that run rampant through my mind...thoughts such as affinity, animosity, hope, anxiety, depression, revolution, self-realization, betrayal, loyalty, and sometimes suicide.
And yes, at a cursory glance people perceive these poems as suicidal or often bleak, but as I said before this is my outlet and without it these thoughts would manifest in real life....so I'm thankful that I had this poetic entity in my life...because without it I'd have no life.
If you actually read most of my poems on this account, you'd realize that some/most of my earlier stuff is really primitive and raw....yet however much they suck i still choose to keep them up to record how much i either progressed or degressed.

I'm a poet...I'm an artist...I'm just me.
Spawned and cultured in a cauldron of insecurity.
Yet I welcome this decadence in all its majesty,
and long to feel the talons of it's tyranny.
I yearn to draw, write, recite, and ignite the nebulas of insanity.
As I welcome this age old sin with these bleeding claws of savagery.
People say I'm not in the right of politically correctness yet
These same people chew fat yet aren't willing to see the process.
You think that's holy blood you partake with wired lips?
It's just the red flags upon the pseudo martyr's wrists.
And when push comes to shove, and all is said and done
It was your flaws that contributed to what we have become...
(And the vicious cycle goes on)
