Hi, I'm Lauren and I'm 16 years old. I love listening to music, writing, and reading. I only started writing poetry and stuff recently. I got more into it when we did a poetry unit in English class last year; I wish we did more on it. My inspiration for most of my writing comes from my friends, believe it or not, and the music I listen to. I am single and loving it...guys just make things more complicated, in my opinion. But they are a good source of inspiration, unfortunately.

Things I hate: Liars, cheaters, fakes, people who say they are your friend but don't care
about you, people who expect to still be friends after they cheated on you for
months, most insects, people who pretend to be depressed so others will feel
sorry for them, backstabbers, and much more...

Things I love: Lyrics, music, writing, the truth (even if it hurts), people who aren't afraid to
be themselves, McGee from NCIS, math, Gerard Way (no matter what he does
with his hair), Mikey Way (i might like him more than Gee), and any song that
has meaningful lyrics or lyrics i can relate to (that includes some country songs)
