she's a beauty queen

my sweet bean bag in the street

take it

down out to the laundry scene

don't know why she's in my head

can't figure what it is

but I lie again

Hello. Recently I have decided to hold a
contest as an " Invite only ". I have been reading
your poems for quite awhile and thought this
would be a good way of getting to know you better
as a writer. I would very much appreciate an entry.
It will aid in the hope to extend my commenting
on other writers , Such as yourself.

    Thanks for your time .
    James

P.S. If you would not like your name
included on the contest list , Please IM me
and I'll remove it. I don't want to offend
anyone by this contest or make anyone
    uncomfortable.

Hmmmm, somehow your poem Ash was on my bookmarked list. I noticed just now having added a new one to it. Strange, but, a pleasant surprise really. I read through your work and I have to say I am quite impressed. You have a style all your own, it is fresh, but very familiar....Plath, Sexton even, and I noticed the lyric up there, Tori .... you have a way of word play, of twisting the ordinary to extraordinary. I will be back...I am looking forward to more from you.
