*I felt compelled to write, starting about 4 years ago. "I write because I cannot be silent"...
is what I felt from deep within and the words poured out like a fountain for a time. I can only write about those things which I know and have experienced in my own life and don't truly consider myself a Poet. I write mostly Freestyle or Lryical Narrative and a little Rhyming Poetry. I had two friends that I knew of who post here, Irene (Freeway's Mom), Sherry and then discovered Unbridled1 was here also! I am happy to join them. And I have now discovered another friend on this Site, Ashley Bright. I am so happy to have connected with her again.
I have a small Poetry Site with some of the Poetry I have written. I only write to share with others that which has blessed me.My desire is to bring praise and honor to the Lord and uplift His people.
I am now MOVING! to Tennessee on the 3rd of November and will be offline for a couple of weeks or until I find a Server. It is a small town called Woodbury and is in rolling hills with lovely scenery I am told. My middle daughter and her family live nearby and it will be good to be close to some of my family. I shall miss the beautiful scenery in this small mountain town in Colorado called La Veta and the friends I have made but am looking forward to new friends and experiences.I have been blessed by the peace and quiet of this small town.
I look forward to spending more time here after my move and I am settled once again.

I have not been here for quite a long time. I would come by and then somehow didn't do too much, comment on a few poems and go on. I am doing well with a few minor things here and there. I am hoping that it is in the Lord's Plan to show me where to move before Winter sets in!! None of my family lives near and I need to be closer to at least some of them.. Maybe Gloria in Tennessee ???? I hope your roller coaster will smooth out a bit. I have thought of you so many, many timess and wondered how you were doing. I know you are always quite busy.
