I recently met the most beautiful woman in the world, well a little over two years ago, but she is still the most beautiful woman in the world and I am going to marry her next summer. Her name is Marianne and I love her with all my heart.

My name is Joshua Lowe I am from greenville SC, though I recently moved to Ocean Grove NJ. Im 25 years old although sometimes I feel like I've been through enough to be 99. I am a very diversed songwriter, most of my work is lyrical and I am bound to the rhyme. Mainly because I like it that way and that is the way it pours out. I like to stay on the positive side of things and even if my works are sad I try to end it with something positive, i like to leave the cup half full if I can, however sometimes my cup just seems dry. I write about all my experiences and thoughts and I try to keep a bit of realism in all my works if I can. I write all of my songs on the guitar, but I also play bass, violin, and basicly anything else I can get my hands on. I sing all of my own songs and I have recorded a solo acoustic demo cd . Before I release anything public I think that I would like to do something a little more professional. But if anyone is interested in hearing it you can listen to a few of them on www.myspace.com/joshua121 or you can also check them out at www.joshua121.com if you have Mozilla firefox and the firefox download manager then you can download them directly from the site, if you have any questions on that my email is Joshua121@gmail.com. Im pretty open about myself when it comes to my writing ( I have no shame when im talking to the paper) and most of the songs I write are about what im feeling or thinking at the time. I am a highly emotional person, and I'm also very hard on myself, but its all for the purpose of improving who I am. I love life very much, and I do my best to enjoy it. I like to laugh and tell jokes ( a lot ) and im pretty goofy sometimes, of course you probably wouldnt guess that if youve read my song lyrics or poems. I absolutely love philosophy and I do aspire to be the wisest that I can be, so its a good thing that I mess up a lot, because there is no better teacher than experience. I do have a tendancy to ramble
( like right now ) My yahoo ID is joshua_1211228 and my email is Joshua121@gmail.com so feel free to drop me a line. just let me know who you are and where you know me from, it does make it a little easier on me.

Well I could keep going but you get the picture.
Quite a few people have asked me about the 121 I put behind my name in just about everything I do. Well I guess I could explain it. I guess it started around 97 or 98 when the number really started sticking out to me. I noticed it everywhere, when I would wake up at night and look at the alarm clock it would say 1:21 bright and red. I started dating a girl who's address was 121 French broad rd. and quite a few other things to really make it stick out from other numbers. Then on January 21'st of 2000 something very important happened which really made it stick out. I won't go in to detail about that one, but suffice it to say that it really sealed the deal. And from then on I had chosen this number as my number. However there is something else about it that by its self would be reason enough to choose 121 as my number. In numerology there is a system that puts numbers to each letter. It looks a like this.
A 1
B 2
C 3
D 4
E 5
F 6
G 7
H 8
I 9
J 1
K 2
L 3
M 4
N 5
O 6
P 7
Q 8
R 9
S 1
T 2
U 3
X 4
W 5
X 6
Y 7
Z 8
Now in numerology you never go above the number 9 ( unless you are talking about master numbers like 11 22 33 44 55..... so on and so forth) so when you get a number like 63 for instance it would become 6 + 3 = 9
10 would become 1 + 0 = 1 456 would become 4 + 5 + 6 = 15 which would be
1 + 5 = 6 so 456 would be equal to 6. Now to get to the point. When you use this on someones name, like mine for instance, Joshua it would look like.
6 3 1
J O S H U A
1 1 8
Now you might wonder why some numbers are on top and some are on bottom. It is because some are for vowels and some are for constanants. So when you finish the equation it looks like this.
6 3 1 10 1 + 0 = 1
J O S H U A 20 2 + 0 = 2
1 1 8 10 1 + 0 = 1
So if you sat through all of that you would now know that Joshua = 121
give yourself a hand.

Right Where It Belongs
By: Nine Inch Nails
See the animal in his cage that you built,
Are you sure what side you're on?
Better not look too closely in the eye,
Are you sure what side of the glass you are on?
See the safety of the life you have built,
Everything where it belongs
Feel the hollowness inside of your heart,
And it's all...right where it belongs
What if everything around you,
Isn't quite as it seems?
What if all the world you think you know,
Is an elaborate dream?
And if you look at your reflection,
Is it all you want to be?
What if you could look right through the cracks,
Would you find yourself...find yourself afraid to see?
What if all the world's inside of your head?
Just creations of your own
Your devils and your gods all the living and the dead
And you're really all alone
You can live in this illusion,
You can choose to believe.
You keep looking but you can't find the woods,
While you're hiding in the trees
What if everything around you,
Isn't quite as it seems?
What if all the world you used to know,
Is an elaborate dream?
And if you look at your reflection,
Is it all you want it to be?
What if you could look right through the cracks,
Would you find yourself...find yourself afraid to see?

fishbone on November 10, 2005Thankyou for the comment on my page. Yours is quite nice as well. I enjoyed the numerology bit, particuarly. That's actually something I have been looking into and find it all quite interesting. I'll be sure to check out some of your writing at some point tonight.

pixelated nonsense on June 10, 2005Oh dear God
I see that your favourite poem is 'She Walks in Beauty' by Lord Byron...
I had to sing that on a CD a few years ago and let me tell you, it wasn't fun.
You seem pretty cool. Hope to talk to you in the futre.
Blessed be,
Kate.
