'At qui legitimum cupiet fecisse poema, cum tabulis animum censoris sumet honesti.' Horace Epistles ii 109
The man who would leave behind him a poem, true to the laws of art, when he takes his tables to write will take also the spirit of an honest judge. Horace Epistles ii 109

I feed from my need, live from need to give back. -
Sixteen years, come rain or shine, we walk
around the house, know friends and rascals well,

Left brain reacts, to reassert control....
My Poetry
-
One night, forgotten, masks more second states,
pearl moon springs pregnant strings for pearly gates. -
Beneath willow maze,
soul sprung from life's sad sum stream,
sleeps some spectral haze -
Shun candyfloss round
Life's springy stick, lips lick sticky

Dreams wing, wring ring doubts,
whence fate dates coincidence,
sense swings, roundabouts

maa : farewell ? on February 20, 2007

J oyful exchange will soon come to an end
O ver are playfulness, word-games and jokes
N ever again a sweet poem he’ll send
A sh turns to ash as impermanence strokes
T hunder is roaring through dark endless night
H ail pouring down unto soft, mossy ground
A sk him, this fearless and mighty white knight
N ever a real, valid reason is found
R ole has he played like an actor of class
O nly a few have discovered his worth
B lind and uncaring the rest of the mass
I nner encounter so seldom on earth
N one does compare to this most cherished friend
… Hopefully, never this friendship will end …
