My poetry has been compared to "A dYslExiC tYiNg tO sPelL wHilE eAtInG aLPHabEt sPaGgetTi" and "like trying to fit an overweight woman in to a corset"
My poetry is a lot like my life: In life I try to see things from another perspective, to see situations and scenarios differently. My poetry demonstrates this in the way of my spelling! I spell words badly and differently to support the (The federation for the wrights of dislexics). I founded the group and sent many letters to my local MP, trying to build awareness.... they simply wrote back the following...
“We appreciate receiving letters from the countries young people. All primary schools receive funding for learning support and you should be speaking to your teacher. We feel that your spelling and grammar wasn't to bad for a 10year old.”
I wrote those letters over the summer, and I’m 22 now.
I study 'Performing Arts' but i will be going to the university of central lancashire to study music theatre so I guess I'm an all singing, all dancing, actor.
