and his kind of poetry won’t get him that far!

John has taken too long to get it done

I hope you are well. It's been a long time since I produced any poetry. Work has been up and down but I should be working full-time as from September.
GOOD NEWS - I have written a poem this month... the first for a long time.
VERY SAD NEWS - It's about the London bombings.
Tense times,,, my wife was working in London yesterday and is back there today.
A colleague of mine reported that her son's friend studying at university was killed in the bomb blast.

John the poet on December 7, 2004Hi Sherry. One thing and another stopped me visiting the site. The computer has suffered a nervous breakdown, too. My short latest poem is 'My Christmas Wish' and it was completed in two days. I've been decorating the house and covering my garden with decking (the latest thing, so I'm told).
