Falling in love keeps a man forever young,
but a woman's dedication is more practical

10 Ways to Beat Depression

1. Dress comfortably. Cut itchy labels out. Only wear dress clothes when you don't think you'll ruin them.

2. Practice observing, with no judgment, inwards or out - zero down.

3. Don't look at yourself in the mirror unless you are willing to smile.

4. Coffee is a wonderful and safe drug if you don't overdo it.

5. Avoid starches at lunch. They cloud your head in the afternoon.

6. Warm up: Pick the most important thing and ignore everything else.

7. Take a walk or something similar when your mind is tired.

8. Avoid long conversations that give you chewing gum headaches.

9. Talk to yourself and to God out-loud.

10. Consider observing the sabbath. Work 6, rest 1.

Notes on the above:

1. No one wants to ruin good clothes doing dirty work or ruin a good occasion wearing dirty clothes.

2. You will see things you would have missed and your mind will relax. At zero, the vectors of past, present and future coincide.

3. A smile means acceptance.

4. If it becomes an all day thing, that probably is not a good idea.

5. Have a hamburger, but instead of fries have a salad.

6. This is probably the most important thing when overwhelmed by responsibilities.

7. How often we forget to do this, but it always gets things going again.

8. You speak from the heart, so don't use it all up at one time. You may be left feeling empty inside.

9. Why wouldn't you?

10. Every complete three dimensional system (pitch, color, space) has three independent axes, three secondary planes and finally one complete space. This adds up to seven elements, where six are independent of at least one other element. But the seventh element, the space itself, is dependent on all six elements working together. The seventh element, the space itself, is not to be of its own making. It serves as the result, which is meant to be observed and evaluated - is it good or bad - it is always good in the sense that it is whole. Perhaps the writers of Genesis were more mathematically inclined than you would think.

Stay away from soothsayers, witches, warlocks and spirit-seekers or your face may become contorted. Your muse is your spirit, who you continually get to know. Spirits mix and destroy the whole. Your spirit is infinite, but so is every other spirit. There are as many as are contained in the sea of real numbers. But like real numbers, some are irrational, black holes, unresolved - sucking the life of those around.
