If you know how to read such things that actually describes me surprisingly well, sort of scared me when I found out.

I am a seeker of Truth in all it's forms, which means I spend a lot of time poking my nose into a lot of stuff, very few theologies and philosophies I haven't read at least a little bit about. Yes, I've made some mistakes doing that but who hasn't?

I have studied science and enjoyed it most of my life... still do, but I see it as a way to explain the way God made the universe work, I also belive there are still things we can learn about the nature of the universe and science hasn't figured out how to measure everything yet. Given time it might but I doubt it's possible to know everything unless you are a god, and based on the pantheistic religions most gods don't/didn't know a whole heck of a lot.

I believe there are forms of energy that sentient beings can manipulate that science still hasn't figured out much of anything about. These were created by God just like everything else in the universe. They are not inherintly good or evil, how they are used determines the result. Call this magic or psychic power dosn't really matter, maybe both depends on the energy being used and how it is manipulated by a sentient mind I would assume. Yes, I am actively studying several types of magic and psychic arts.

I am Christian. I believe in God, but also a Goddess, and that all sentient life in the universe is spirually descended from them. What I think some of you might find amussing is that this belief fits with religions and philosophies from all over the world some of which are not jeudao-christian in nature.

I believe that the concept of good could not exist without the concept of evil, and for us to apreciate when something good happens we also have to know about and have experienced bad things. If there was no evil, there would be no good and the univese would be an incedible dull place. There would be no growth or progression of any sort. As a reult there would be nothing to write poetry about so there would be no poets either.

All of the above are beliefs I've had for years, I'm not likely to ever change them but that dosen't change the fact that I still study and reseach all of the above in attempts to learn more and understand more of the universe and people around me. I try to be a good man and help others, I try to do more right than wrong. I've made some colossal mistakes in my life, but they were all my doing and shouldn't be blamed on society, my parents or the church I claim mebership in.

I understand getting your life back on track. It has been a long road for me, as well, doing that. Where are you now? Are you back in Ca?
