Hi everyone, my name is Erin and I'm 15 years old from Texas. I have brown hair and hazel eyes (tall / average weight)

I love to write more than anything and I have been as long as I can remember. All my poems are inspired by others or even myself - I spend most of my time alone so poetry is sort of my friend. My sister Kayla was really my best friend at one time (we were very close). She drowned last year when we were on vacation. She was 15 - I like to dedicate many of my creations to her.

Another person I do the same for is my mother who, at the time, is in the hospital with cancer. There is some hope that she will be ok but the chances are very low. Either way, I love her very much and someday I want to publish a book just for her and my dad - well, if I can. Both of them are mostly interested in things such as romance novels. Even my father enjoys watching things like Titanic and reading love stories...

I go to a public school here, where I have a few buddies. Most people think I'm - different. I'm called 'goth' a lot because of the amount of black I wear. I wear what I feel, and I also think the style is pretty cool too. I have a good friend named Cheyanne whom I told about this website. She said she would join later (when she gets a new computer) She is very artistic, especially in drawing. In fact, she's one of the few people I know who enjoy and appreciate it. Most of them are addicted to video games. I like Sims 2 and Sonic but only when I have nothing better to do.
