92% of American teens today would die if Abercrombie & Fitch said it wasn't cool to breathe anymore. If you're part of the 8% that would be laughing their butts off, put this in your profile."
I WRITE POETRY JUST FOR THE FUN OF IT!
I mostly write about happy or silly stuff. If you like Reeses Pieces, read 'Ode To Reeses Pieses!' (People say it gives them the urge to eat peanut butter fudge!...sounds tasty!)
As for starting to describe myself, that is very difficult. I have a number of different personalities, many of them happy. Depression hasn't ever happened to me, and I don't think it will. I am WELS Lutheran (if you are curious to what it means, you can look it up because I am also lazy.) I am addicted to Reeses Pieces, and love other candy! Oh yeah, and did I mention when I'm with people I like, I naturally get hyper! (No caffeine for me!) If you have read this far, I congradulate you with your efforts, if they are painstaking, and if you want one, I shall give you a cyberspace hug!
Favorite Quote: Einstein- "Sit with your hand on a stove for a minute and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour and it seems like a minute. Now THAT'S relativity!"
MONTY PYTHON FANS!:
This was before art class started. My friend and I were feeling silly, and I realized I had a bottle of water in my backpack. I took it out and showed it to her. The brand name was CAMELOT! This is what happened next:
Friend: Camelot! Camelot! Camelot!
Me: It's only a bottle.
Friend: Shh...Knights, I bid you welcome to...Camelot!
(As you can tell, we were really loopy that day...I think I'll keep this on my profile until I a.die b.the world ends or c.allpoetry.com no longer exists! *gasp*...horror of horrors!!!!)

grannyeri on April 19, 2007Welcome to AP. How good it must have felt to post that first poem and let others know you are a poet. I remember that feeling - thanks for commentin on my poem this evening. Hope you write many more poems, read, comment and enter many contests. Also some classes you can take from great instructors on this site. Most important thing is to have fun while here. Have a great day.
